Please review both the Sparq Subscriber Agreement as well as the appropriate Stripe agreement before moving on. The Sparq Subscriber Agreement covers your use of our software and services while the Stripe agreement covers your use of Stripe for processing payments on your behalf. Which Stripe agreement applies to you depends on whether you are representing a US or non-US entity.

Tell us about your organization. This information drives both how you pay us and how we will pay you.

Next, we have some questions about your site. Perhaps the trickiest question relates to regulatory requirements. If in doubt, answer GDPR if the festival is an EU festival or answer PIPEDA if the festival is Canadian. Otherwise, specify Not Regulated.

Name of Your SparqFest SiteThe site name is what appears in the title bar for your site, as well as in emails and other contexts.

Custom DomainREQUIRES SETUP FEE. Allows you to use your own festival domain instead of sparqfest.live. Check our pricing page for the current set up fee. Alternatively, we will show you the fee during checkout and you can turn it off if you change your mind.

Site HostThe name that makes up the first part of your site host. It must be unique among all of our customers, even if using a custom domain.

Regulatory RequirementsAre you subject to EU or Canadian privacy regulations? If EU, select GDPR. If Canada, select PIPEDA.

Hosting RegionThe hosting region determines where your site is hosted. The regulatory requirement you selected impacts where you can host. If you have no preference, select "No Preference" and we will select a region consistent with your regulatory requirements.

Site CurrencyWhat currency will you accept on your web site? The pricing on your site will be done in this currency. It must be a currency supported by Stripe for your location.

Default LanguageWhat is the primary language for the site to be used when a visitor's preferred language is not know or not supported?

Other Supported LanaguagesWhat other languages do you wish to support on your site? Your gut may be to select all the languages here. You should, however, select only those languages you really wish to support for your audience. The more languages you select, the more complicated your support for your audience becomes.

Include Custom Domain? (One-time Setup) If you entered a custom domain on the previous page, this option is already selected for you. Either way, you can change your mind here. A custom domain is a URL you own rather than sparqfest.live. It is generally worth this one-time setup fee when you plan on handing out this URL directly to your viewers (as opposed to linking).
